Please give mobile number that walkers can use to contact you on the day if they are unable to come, going to be late or a lost. There may be a u3a phone available for those who are not comfortable providing their own phone numbers. Note: no contact details are given on our website, only on the email document sent to registered walking group members.
Directions to start of walk do not need to be long or detailed. Please give either a ‘what3words’ or post code or grid refs – or all three!. The walk co-ordinator can help. The easiest is to use the what3words app while standing at the start on your walkover. But be very accurate as a mis spell could take your group to who knows where !
